Spring is finally here!  Students in the primary grades have all begun work on PowerPoint.  The students are enjoying putting in transititions and annimation!  Their faces light up when they see their finished slideshow.Grade 4 has begun research on a National Park.  Once the research is complete they will create a slideshow to present to the class.Grade 5 has begun using Publisher.  They are creating their own poetry and will put into Publisher for a lovely finished product.Grade 6 has finished their research of a country and will begin their oral presentations.  In addition to research and creating the symbols students had to write a report in Word.Grade 7 has begun work on their movie they will make.  This year I gave them a broad topic for them to make it their own.  The students have picked their favorite school subject and then one topic from that subject.Grade 8 is enjoying GIMP.  They will begin a project to create an animal poster...
